How does Airbnb Management work?

Application Approval
Our team will carefully review your property details and perform a brief background check to provide you with a quick, accurate estimate of your property’s value.
We’ll then get in touch to share your potential monthly earnings and arrange a convenient time to view your property.
Viewing & Agreement of work
Once we’ve assessed your property and confirmed that it meets our standards, and both parties agree to proceed, we’ll issue our management contract.
This agreement will outline our management terms, applicable fees, and any pre-approved work or improvements we plan to carry out on your behalf.

Contract Signed & Onboarding
After you’ve reviewed and signed the management agreement and confirmed your decision to proceed, we’ll begin the onboarding process.
During onboarding, we’ll gather all the essential details about your property, optimise it for short-term rentals, and ensure full legal compliance. Once everything is set up, we’ll launch your property marketing and start securing your first bookings!

Marketing & Optimisation
Once onboarding is complete and your property is fully set up across all essential systems, we’ll begin marketing your property and optimising your OTA (Online Travel Agent) listings for maximum visibility and performance.
Your property will be promoted across all our direct channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and through targeted email campaigns to our database of over 2,000 guests.
